field since 1984, employed by companies such as Intel, Texas Instruments,
BMC Software, Schlumberger, and IBM/Tivoli. Currently, as principal
employee of The
Clear Explanations Group, he creates technical and marketing communication
as well as designing and implementing web-based communication. Tim created

He is a mentor to Hillary in the areas of
web site design and maintenance. Also, Tim was a volunteer web skills
instructor for Ecamp 2001, which was sponsored by the Urban
Leadership Foundation. Ecamp taught 50 teenagers to use DreamWeaver
and FireWorks to build websites for Austin-area nonprofits. The twenty
best sites were displayed in the rotunda of the Texas capitol building.
